Gorgeous wonderful rooms, they are provided with an'extra-large double-bed', a huge bathtub. The staff are very polite, overall. The location is great and impressive, 1 mile from Nusa Dua Beach.

Absolutely fine hotel with amazing views. The spacious Grand Beautiful Lagoon Room was impeccably clean and very accommodating. Every meal was a delight, particularly the attentive service for dietary restrictions. The large pool offered plenty of space for relaxation, though it can get a bit busy during peak hours. This place is a dream getaway, and I'll be returning soon!

palatial scale, grand lobby, intricate wood carvings
The large size of the hotel can be overwhelming, especially for couples. The internet connectivity is subpar, and the lack of nearby restaurants is disappointing!!! The cleaning system for rooms needs better communication!!!

I loved my long stay in a huge room with gorgeous outdoor space overlooking a private lake. The spa was top-notch, and the outdoor pool was fantastic for relaxation. The only hiccup was that the WiFi in my room wasn't very consistent, but it didn't ruin my fantastic experience! 🌟

Very nice service at the beach club
From the fine lagoon room, we enjoyed daily views of the serene pool and attentive staff who catered to our every need.
Service at the beach club was occasionally slow, especially when we wanted small items like water or salt shakers.

Fine architecture and beautiful pools make it a great getaway. The beach area is lovely, but food quality is disappointing and not worth the price. Service staff needs better training to match the resort level. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, especially around the pool. Wouldn't recommend the seafood restaurant. It didn't meet expectations.

I stayed in a Grand Beautiful Room, and it was really spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy-best sleep ever! The bathroom had a cool large glass window, and it was bright and airy. Everything felt luxurious, even though we didn't use the bathtub. Great vibe at night with no noise, awesome. Just seemed like a perfect little getaway.

Spacious and reasonably tidy spot, situated in an amazing location that really stands out, although it seems like they might be skimping on the service quality a bit. 🏨
